I help people with low back pain (with or without leg pain) understand and manage their pain

Close your eyes and imagine waking up a few weeks from now. You feel elated because you slept through the night without being awoken by your back pain. You can finally clean your house without your back pain dictating the chores you’re able to complete.

It seems so simple, almost too good to be true and yet, you’re doing it like it’s nothing. Without a care in the world.

Seem far-fetched? It’s not. It’s actually totally possible.

I see it with patients all the time. I saw something similar in my own life.

I had a patient who I saw over the course of a few months for their low back pain, which they said began several years ago after a car accident. They felt they had tried ‘everything’ with minimal to no pain relief and found the typical day to day tasks (folding laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, etc) to worsen their low back pain. Their low back pain was causing them to have a hard time staying asleep at night. Their constant low back pain made them feel tired and cranky, and was limiting their ability to exercise, which was something they really enjoyed and were missing. They were frustrated and looking for anything that might help to lessen their low back pain

You know what we all had in common, and perhaps you share it too?

A desire to make that imagined, dream scenario our reality.

A commitment to ourselves.

A willingness to get the support we needed and follow through with an open mind.

There’s a reason I’m in practice and there’s a greater demand every year for chiropractic care to support people with back pain.

It’s because it works.

It helps to take those with back pain from debilitating pain to getting back to their normal LIVES naturally and with tools and resources to maintain their progress on their own at home.

So, use me. Use my personal experience, 8+ years of studying and training, and 5+ years of professional experience working with thousands of patients across Canada to make that “far-fetched” dream, a very REAL reality.

I can’t wait to see you.
