Custom Orthotics

If you’ve been dealing with foot discomfort, fatigue, or aches in your knees, hips, or back, that have started to affect your day to day life, you’re not alone.
Custom orthotics are designed to assist in optimizing support and movement mechanics, helping everyday activities feel more comfortable again. Dr. Rebecca works closely with a pedorthist at the orthotic laboratory that she orders all custom orthotics from to ensure that you get the best custom care possible! Dr. Rebecca uses an electronic 3D volumetric scanner to create a digital scan of the foot which operates as the model upon which the orthotic is manufactured.

From the Ground Up: Orthotics Designed for Your Life

Whether you’re on your feet all day or sitting for hours, comfort is key to being your best self – at work and in life. Custom orthotics are designed to enhance your comfort, support your alignment, and improve overall well-being, helping you feel your best wherever life takes you.

Dr. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of fitting and obtaining my orthotics. She was easy to get a hold of anytime I had questions and I’m very satisfied with my experience, would recommend!

Rebecca-Jane was very knowledgeable and great with her communication and understanding of my concerns. The orthotics she had made for me have helped a lot along side the exercises she gave me.

How They Help

Most people underestimate the impact their feet have on the rest of their body—until pain becomes part of everyday life.

  • Improved Posture & Alignment:Ā Supports proper foot alignment to reduce strain on your legs, hips, and back.
  • Active Lifestyle Support:Ā Enhances comfort and support for walking, running, and long days on your feet.
  • Preventative & Recovery:Ā Helps prevent common issues like plantar fasciitis and heel pain, while supporting recovery from ongoing discomfort so you can stay active

Common Conditions and How Custom Foot Orthotics Can Help

How It Works:

Each style can be custom-built to meet your unique needs, footwear, and lifestyle.

Step 1:Ā Book an orthotics assessment with Dr. Rebecca, who will evaluate your posture, gait, and foot structure.… Don’t forget to bring your footwear to the appointment!

Step 2:Ā A 3D foot scan and detailed orthotic order form are sent to Crux Laboratory for custom fabrication.

Step 3:Ā Once your orthotics arrive at the clinic, a dispensing appointment is scheduled for Dr. Rebecca to fit your orthotics and provide you with guidance to ensure a smooth, supportive break-in process.

Note: Most extended healthcare insurance plans require a medical doctor’s prescription for custom orthotics dated prior to the chiropractic custom orthotics assessment date. Please review your specific insurance plan requirements prior to booking.
