This fee covers your comprehensive first visit where we conduct a detailed evaluation of your health condition, discuss your health goals, and devise a personalized treatment plan.
This is the standard cost for your regular follow-up appointments, where we carry out the treatment plan designed during your initial assessment.
If your follow-up visit requires additional time for more complex or multiple conditions, or if acupuncture is a part of your treatment plan, this extended session fee applies.
Should there be a significant change in your condition or a new complaint arises, we conduct a re-evaluation to reassess and modify your treatment plan accordingly.
Please note that all administrative fees are due at the time of request. All fees are not inclusive of GST.
This fee covers your comprehensive custom orthotics assessment, where we complete a detailed evaluation of your posture, gait, and foot structure, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine whether custom orthotics are right for you.
This fee covers your custom orthotic insoles. Please note that most insurance providers require a medical doctor’s prescription for orthotics prior to booking. The clinic is unable to direct bill for products, including orthotics, and full payment for the appointment is due at the conclusion of your visit.
If you are interested in ordering a duplicate pair of your orthotics within 6 months of ordering your first pair.

Give your custom orthotics a second life with our affordable refurbishment service. We can frequently refurbish orthotics from our clinic - and often from other providers as well — helping reduce waste and keep quality devices out of landfill. It’s a practical, sustainable way to restore comfort and support in your original custom orthotic investment.

This fee is applicable for instances, including but not limited to, requests involving a detailed report that may include a review of the current published literature on the health condition/diagnosis as well as a history of the patient’s present condition/diagnosis. This report may included, but is not limited to, previous treatment history of subjective complaints in order of severity, objective examination findings, diagnostic imaging findings (if applicable), diagnosis and relationship to the mechanism of injury, description of treatment and progress, aggravating, contributing, or complicating factors, an analysis of present limitations to work and activities of daily living, as well as prognostic information about when the patient will be able to return to work. Dr. Rebecca offers a Compassionate Care Program to assist individuals with MSK conditions who would benefit from chiropractic care but cannot afford it due to financial constraints. Eligibility for the Compassionate Care Program is based on the following criteria:
MDs referring patients to the Compassionate Care Program must complete and fax the Chiropractic Referral Form, confirming the patient meets program criteria. Referred patients will be waitlisted and contacted when a space becomes available. Each referral covers one MSK complaint, with only one active case per practitioner at a time. Up to 12 visits, including the initial assessment, are provided per referral under the Compassionate Care Program fee schedule, which is 75% of the posted Chiropractic fee schedule. A new referral is required for additional care or a different MSK complaint.
