How I Can Help

For everyone “pushing through”, toughing it out, or waiting to see if their low back pain will go away on its own, please know there is generally a better, faster, and far less painful way to manage your discomfort!

I say this because I had someone recently book in 8+ months (!) after injuring their back while exercising. It was only when the pain became so unbearable that it dropped them to their knees that they decided to reach out to me.

After a handful of treatments consisting of manual therapy, education and reassurance, as well as appropriate and progressive rehabilitation exercises, they’re now feeling better than ever!

I know our human instinct is to try to “handle” things on our own, but often weird, new, unexpected, or painful symptoms can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on.

There is NO need to suffer through or let these things persist when management and recovery is so possible.

That’s exactly why I’m HERE! To educate, give you tools to improve and manage your pain on your own, and provide reassurance + support throughout your healing journey with manual treatment and rehabilitation exercises.

If your quality of life is being negatively impacted by the low back pain that you’ve been just “waiting to clear up on its own”, please get in touch.

This is what I love to do, what I do every single day, and what I’m pretty darn good at.

Let’s get you back to living your best life without having it be dictated by your low back pain! Book your initial assessment online today and let’s get you back on track!
